The 2024 annual meeting will be held in Los Angeles, CA on March 20-23. You may choose to attend in person or online. Online attendees will have access to select, live-streamed components of the LA events, including the seven invited podium symposia, the Annual Business Meeting, and the Presidential Panel. Both in person and online presenters will have the ability to upload a recording of a presentation or a PDF of a poster to the virtual platform for asynchronous viewing. Online presenters will not present in live, synchronous sessions.

The deadline for Meetings Registration at the pre-registration rate was February 18, 2024. You may register at the standard (onsite) rate here.

The Registration fees for the 2024 conference are:

*Virtual conference includes access to all invited symposia during the in person meetings, the annual business meeting, and virtual content following the meetings (virtual access for 6 months). Virtual registration fees are the same as in person registration fees due to the cost of the virtual meeting platform.

**AABA considers this category to include those in temporary postdoctoral positions or non-tenure line faculty positions making less than $56,000 per year.

***These reduced rates are available to members of tribal nations and residents of all countries classified as a middle- or low-income economy country according to the definitions of the World Bank. These rates are intended for permanent residents of these countries, including students training abroad, not for researchers working in these countries for a limited period of time.
