Given the pandemic, we are waiting until December to open registration so that you have a little more information on which to base your decision of how to participate (in-person, online, or both). Please keep an eye open for emails from AABA Vice President and AABA Headquarters announcing the opening of the registration window in early December (likely on December 7th).

Format:

AABA's 91st annual meeting will have two components. The first is an in-person conference in Denver, Colorado, from March 23-26, 2022. The Invited Podium Symposia, the President's Panel, and the AABA Business Meeting that take place in Denver will be live-streamed on our virtual platform. The following week, March 28 - April 1, we will hold the virtual component with an exclusive virtual-only invited symposium and the contributed sessions.

Authors of contributed abstracts will be required to indicate one of three format choices for their presentation when they register in December 2021:

  • both in-person and online (presenting in Denver March 23 26, and again online March 28- April 1, 2022)
  • online only (presenting March 28- April 1, 2022)
  • in-person only (presenting in Denver, March 23-26, 2022)*

*all presenters will be given the opportunity to upload their presentation onto the virtual platform
