Job Description We are seeking applicants for a 3-year postdoctoral researcher to join our NSF-funded project examining the impact of eye morphology on gaze perception in monkeys and apes. The start date is flexible but the position could begin as early as January 2020. The project is led by Dr. Jessica Yorzinski (Texas A&M University; College Station, TX) and Dr. Steve Schapiro (MD Anderson; Bastrop, TX).

Qualifications Applicants should possess a strong understanding of basic principles of primate behavior, ecology, evolution, and/or vision. The ideal candidate will have experience with captive primates, animal training, eye-tracking methodology, and/or visual system modeling as well as strong coding skills.
