We have posted a non-PDF online version of the program suitable for use on smart phones, tablets, and laptops (2.8 MB).

This version of the program was updated Tuesday, April 10, to indicate withdrawn papers. It therefore differs from the official PDF version. It is also experimental. While we hope it is accurate, it has not undergone much testing.
Caveat emptor!
Tip: Once the program is loaded, don't close the webpage, which is 2.8 MB. This will minimize the load on our server, as well as your data usage.
