Western Carolina University Visiting Lecturer in Forensic Anthropology

Western Carolina University seeks a candidate for an appointment as Visiting Lecturer in Forensic Anthropology. A masters degree in Anthropology with a background in forensic anthropology, bioarchaeology, or human osteology is required. Duties will be divided between classroom teaching and staffing a student osteology laboratory. Teaching load is three courses per semester including Introduction to Biological Anthropology and Archaeology and Introduction to Forensic Anthropology.


Salary is $27,000 for this potentially renewable one-year appointment. Western Carolina University is a 9,500-student campus in the University of North Carolina system.
