Boston University Faculty Position in Anatomy and Neurobiology

The Department of Anatomy and Neurobiology at the Boston University School of Medicine invites applications for a full time Assistant Professor or above (contingent upon level of experience) to teach in the lecture and laboratory components of the dissection-based human Medical Gross Anatomy and Physician Assistant Gross Anatomy courses, the Medical Histology course, and in the Vesalius Program, our degree program for training the next generation of educators in the biomedical sciences. Minimum requirements are a Ph.D. in Anatomy or equivalent and 2+ years of anatomy teaching experience at any level. Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching dissection-based human gross anatomy, experience or interest in teaching histology, and strong interest in training future educators in the biomedical sciences and/or the application of neuroscience principles to education. Candidates should have demonstrated research potential through participation in national meetings and publications.
